Features

- Dyna FA-2000 is a drawing lubricant for copper and copper alloy, and it is a water-soluble emulsion
- used with deep and spray method. It extends a lifetime of tool with strong oil film and oily effect and
- provides an economical efficiency.
- Dyna FA-2000 offers excellent cooling ability and provides fine surface roughness by maintaining low
- friction.
- Especially, it can provide uniform oil films because of its low surface tension and supplies with
- excellent penetration ability to metals.
- It does not cause any variation of emulsion property even in successive drawing process following acid
- processing for an extruded product because it has an excellent acid resistance with introduction of
- special detergent.
- It can be used throughout the year because it does not putrefy even in summer season.

Additional Information

▣ The directions

- the using magnification is the dilution ration is 5(water):1 ∼10(water):1
- It is better dilute oils in tepid water (40℃) during winter season
- (crude liquid : W/O type Emulsion, dilution : O/W type Emulsion)
- Management of pH : In the case of acid washing in all processing, it makes dropping pH,
- controls pH as 8.6 ± 0.3 with pH regulator
